All fees exclusive of VAT * Within the membership and in addition to the annual flat fee, further fees can arise based on optional and additional services or consultings, if the free consulting contingent of one hour per month (standard membership) respectively two hours per month (premium membership) is exceeded. Such services and consultings as well as external costs are invoiced separately after previous agreement. * An affiliated company in terms of Art. 15 ff. AktG of a member of USK.online, which is also member of USK.online, can apply for a discount of 20% on the annual flat fee. Authorised for this discount is the respective company, which does not pay the highest membership fee. |
